All Seasons and Lauriem Associates LLP is a dynamic provider of HOME CARE and we are currently looking for a SUPERVISOR to JOIN OUR TEAM in SEVENOAKS.

All Seasons & Lauriem is an independent provider of community health and social care services.

The role is community based and you will be required to do:
•Care work - To support and work with vulnerable adults in the community for the following Client base - Mental Health, Dementia, Long Term Medical Conditions, Learning Disabilities and Physical Health Problems, with their daily activities to include personal care, medication ,shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support.
•Carry out risk assessments, reviews and care plans
•Supervise care staff
•Quality assurance visits

Person Specification:
•Experience or capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively engage clients
•Willingness to undertake QCF Level 3 in Care
•Full driving license and access to own car
•Previous experience in this industry
•Own vehicle
•Flexible working hours (including weekends and evenings)

This position would suit somebody that has gained knowledge and experience as a care worker and is looking to further develop their skills

Full training and mentoring is provided. All positions are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check.
