We are looking for someone with experience in or who can demonstrate an understanding of great customer service and inbound sales over the telephone and internet. You will be joining a highly successful team taking sales and handling orders within the Plumbing & Heating sector.

You will be hard working with the ability to thrive under pressure and take the initiative to provide the highest levels of customer service, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record in dealing with customers from initial contact through to closing of orders and fulfilment. Often dealing with suppliers, delivery services and other departments, this fast paced role revolves around a great customer experience and positive communication.

Experience of involvement in day to day sales administration, supplier management and delivery processes would be an advantage.

Data entry skills are required to create, maintain and update client and product records, along with a high level of commercial numeracy and proven organisational skills. Experience in the Plumbing & Heating sector would be beneficial, although full product training will be given to the successful applicant.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday’s from 8.00am to 12 noon.
