We are a magazine subscription fulfilment company working on behalf of a number of clients including Dennis Magazines and Immediate Media.

We require full time Customer Service Advisors to work in our busy contact centre in Sittingbourne.

If you have the following skills, then you are the person we are looking for
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Enjoys the challenge of a varied role
• Have a confident and professional telephone manner, working without the typical call centre scripts, advising customer on available offers
• Be able to work quickly and confidently under pressure
• Good computer skills

We are based on the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne and you will be the first point of contact for customers placing magazine subscription orders and dealing with their enquiries in a pro-active manner. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn commission by achieving sales through offering excellent service.
