Our client requires a competent and confident results driven individual who will play a critical role working collaboratively with external stakeholders to ensure the implementation and delivery of a trust model for Kent Libraries, Registration and Archives.
Experience/Knowledge
Proven experience of transformational delivery in particular the implementation of trust model(s) with a detailed understanding of their subject area
Extensive track record delivering sustainable outcomes at a senior level
Experience working within a member environment with experience of the complexities/realities of public sector service delivery
Experience of working within a results driven commercial environment and or within a libraries. registration and archives service
Skills
Proven project management skills, delivering high profile project outcomes
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to network, negotiate, influence and engage a range of stakeholders
Excellent report writing and presentation skills with the ability to inspire confidence across a range of interested parties
Excellent organisation, analytical and problem solving skills
Politically astute with the ability to manage the needs of a range of stakeholders.
