Due to continued growth in Maidstone my client are now looking to employ a recruitment consultant. Preferably with previous recruitment experience, however, previous sales experience will be considered together with the hunger and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.

As a 360 degree recruitment consultant, you will be eager to gain new clients as well as look after and grow existing clients, find appropriate candidates to fill vacancies, by advertising jobs on relevant job boards, CV searching, Networking etc... Screening candidates over the phone and interviewing candidates face to face and registering the relevant details on the internal system.

Ideal candidate:

Previous Recruitment or sales experience in a competitive environment.

Hungry to succeed

Happy to pick up the phone and make calls to prospect clients and candidates

Excellent and persuasive telephone manner

Excellent rapport building skills both over the phone and face to to face

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Clean driving license

Smart appearance

Basic salary to 25k plus uncapped commission and benefits associated with part of a large organisation.
