Based in the city my client who are an IT recruitment consultancy, are now looking for a Perms Manager to grow a team of perm recruiters as well as bill for the first 12 months.

Backed by one of the largest I. T. recruitment companies, they have a £10 million turnover in their own right.

With 150 contractors running currently between the 2 offices -main office being in London Their monthly transactions are predominantly from their office outside of London.- Only a small percentage of what they transact is from the London office. They want to to quickly get this to a higher billing level per month for the rest of the year...they are looking for consistency and that comes from having a great manager and biller.

This is a warm desk vacancy, there is a lot of potential here for perm recruiters as there's a big database of people that that the contracts team are in touch with and that's there to be developed.

Ideal candidate

Proven track record in Running a Perm Desk and Managing/ Mentoring a team.

Customer Centric

Experience in building a team

Experience of visiting clients and pitching to them

Excellent rapport building skills both internally and externally

Team player

First class communication skills

Ability to manage as well as run a desk and lead by example

Basic salary to 50k plus the opportunity to earn 100k in first year, share options and all the benefits associated with being part of a large recruitment organisation.
