Our client is a highly successful and expanding multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent. Established for over 30 years, they have a varied client and project base from all sectors of the construction industry including education, housing, leisure, commercial and transport.
They are currently looking for contract administrators to join their team based in Sidcup.
Requirement predominately for Lambeth Living to assist in the Contract Administration of a large Decent Homes improvement package in the North of the borough to a anticipated contract value in excess of £20m. There is a possibility that a similar post may arise for the Haringey Decent Homes package. Experience must include
1. Contract Administration, drafting and issue of Contract Instructions under guidance,
2. Inspection of works for progress and quality,
3. Knowledge of Excel and other financial systems,
4. Knowledge of NEC3/ PPC2000 contracts would be an advantage.
