Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef required for this Luxury Establishment to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime Brasserie, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be expected to be self-motivated and organised completing your daily prep lists and ensuring that all required pastry, Breads, Ice creams, Biscuits and Desserts are prepared as required.
