Our client is looking for a Review Programme/Portfolio Manager to:
- Provide Neutral, objective and impartial analysis of current programme model and discuss with stakeholders and the service providers.
- Develop, analyse and cost all avaialable options and provide evidence of potential outcomes, savings and visions
- Demonstrate the proposals and produce plans for implementation, delivery models, and influence support for proposals
- Provide regualr service reviews along and present options to advisory boards and directors
- Develop a detailed business case to explore preferred option to directors and proceed to the implementation phase
- Compile comphensive risk assessment in relation to proposed option and demonstrate a balanced approach to the management of risks.
Experience required:
- Proven experience of working on large scale transformation projects
- Extensive experience of developing, analysing and costing options apprasials
- Proven experience of constructing delivery models and costs of implementations
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
- Proven experience working within education transformation projects.
