We are recruiting for one of UK’s most successful financial institution. Located within the Kent area they are after a financial services officer to support the savings, mortgage and servicing department. Your responsibilities will include:
-Investigating and responding to customer complaints from each department in high volumes
-Data Analysis
-Ensuring team complies with code regulations and report on process management
-Analyse customer feedback
-Tracking and regulating products ensuring they comply with customers expectations
-Identifying any risk or issues and working to create resolutions
Candidates must have experience of carrying out administrative duties within a finical institution. Candidates with good knowledge on Data protection Fraud, MCOB’s BCOBs and MMR are welcome to apply
