We are recruiting a Caretaker for our client based in Medway.
You will be responsible for working to a weekly cleaning schedule, litter picking, daily checks of equipment and grounds and carrying out minor repairs where required. You will be required to travel between sites cover holiday and sickness. You will be available to give advice and general assistance and assist any contractors on site.
The hours of work are 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, 15:30 finish on Friday. A CRB check is advantageous, but not essential at this stage. The successful applicant must be able to provide at least 2 years work references.
