Based In Mid Kent
Permanent Position
Salary Circa £30,000+ Benefits
Purpose of the role:
To ensure that the assets of the business are maintained to the highest level to ensure availability for production 24 hours per day, 5 days a week in order to facilitate growth and re-investment of the business.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
* Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
* Responding to breakdowns
* Diagnosing faults on Hydraulic Machinery
* Repairing equipment Hydraulics
* Supervising engineering and technical staff
* Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
* Managing budgets
* Maintaining statistical and financial records
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
* Creating maintenance procedures
* Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
* Working well under pressure
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Relevant technical knowledge
* Maintenance and breakdown Engineer
