Business Development Executive

True Telecom is a rapidly expanding telecoms company based in the South East of England. We are continuously evolving within the telecoms sector and pride ourselves in offering small to medium enterprises a one bill solution, for all their telecommunication requirements.
Due to the de-regulation of the market in the nineties, we can now offer some of the lowest available rates on the market, alongside first rate customer service, making us a top choice for business looking at cutting costs, without cutting corners.

The Role
Working as a Business Development Executive you will be liaising with owners of business or directors, ascertaining their telephone line requirements and meeting monthly targets. You will use systems, applications and information shared by the sales team to build solid relationships and an extensive pipeline whilst achieving against your KPI’s. You need to be an excellent communicator, persuasive and tenacious to succeed in this opportunity.

• Telephone in-house sales
• Targeting potential clients
• Sourcing leads
• Managing business relationships
• Generating new business
• Qualify clients
• Networking with professionals
• Negotiating with clients on best possible rates available

Person Specification
• Proven background in a target driven environment
• Able to demonstrate a working background within a B2B organisation
• Excellent time management and a keen eye for detail
• Good understanding of Information Technology – we use a bespoke CRM package
• Be focused and enthusiastic
• Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Self-motivated and the ability to motivate others
• Ability to work in a team
• Tenacity and money hungry is essential.
