Gomez is one of the largest produce companies in the UK and is based in Bridge, Nr Canterbury. We supply produce to major supermarkets, wholesale and non-multiple retailers.

You will be fully qualified, have excellent employment law knowledge and the ability to manage the blend of strategic and operational activities required as part of this role. Essential

• Fully CIPD qualified and graduate status with the CIPD.

• Qualified to degree standard.

• Demonstrable competence in working and managing a busy HR function.

• Operational Employment Law knowledge.

• Project management/delivery experience.

• Ability to use Microsoft office proficiently, in particular excel.

Desirable

• CIPD Chartered status.

• HR related degree.

• Fleet Management experience.

• Manufacturing industry experience in particular the fresh produce industry.
