An established M&E Design & Build Contractor are looking to recruit an Junior Mechanical Estimator to join their busy Estimating department (2 Mechanical, 3 Electrical + 1 Estimating Manager) in Kent. Offering a wide scope of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, they have a history of successful projects in most market sectors, working mainly with major contractors, and also government and local authority departments. They carry out installation works for schools, hospitals, prisons and other public service organisations

Typical project values are up to £2million. Their range of Mechanical services include (but are not limited to):
- Air conditioning
- Supply and extract ventilation
- Boiler installation
- Water treatment
- Hot and cold water services
- Environmental power and control systems
- Commissioning services
- Rain water pipe work systems
- Above ground drainage

The post offers a real opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a successful growth record and very real prospects. Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager you will be familiar with Estimation and will be authorised to work in the UK without restriction. You will have held a similar Estimating position with an M&E Contractor.

To be considered for this role you must be able to work in the UK without restriction and you must hold a valid UK Driving License.
