We are looking for an honest, hardworking individual who is happy to be on the road sometimes, all day and in all weathers.
Ideally you will come from an agricultural background with knowledge of engineering or mechanical engineering would be an advantage. More importantly is a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
You will have a pride in your work, working as a team and assisting others. You will be working on the road and in the company’s workshop and we are looking for someone who looks after their tools and takes pride in their work whilst continuing to represent the company in a professional courteous manner. This business has been built on reputation word of mouth and the quality of work of paramount importance.
You will be going out on site with a small team of 3-7. You will be working for family run business who care and you will be employed on self-employed status. Flexibility of working hours is a must working potentially between Monday to Sunday 6am to 9pm therefore you will be paid hourly.
In return you will be learning from the one of the experts in this field and industry with a long term goal of stepping up to take more responsibility
This is a true family run business where the team are part of the family.
Bonuses are paid in recognition of hard work
Must hold a full UK driving license due to the location of the role and some site duties.
