We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our studio in the heart of the Kent countryside, between Ashford and Canterbury. You’ll be responsible for producing designs for print and digital projects, for clients from a wide range of business sectors. You will be the only full-time designer, with responsibility for art directing the output of the studio, managing freelancers and supervising junior designers.

You will ideally be a graduate, with at least three years commercial experience. You’ll be fluent in Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator, obsessive about detail and confident taking artwork through to print.

We are offering an attractive salary package up to 30k per annum according to experience, with a generous bonus scheme and a contribution towards relocation expenses. You’ll be working on identity and branding projects, coordinating brochures, catalogues and reports for print, as well as designing websites and web applications with particular focus on usability, navigation and user experience. Our websites are all built using our in-house content management system and online shop, of which we are proud.

Interest in and experience of user experience design
High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
