We are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Assistants in upmarket offices in Kings Hill, West Malling.
Applicants must have previous experience of working within similar customer service/admin environment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
You will be supporting the Customer Relationship Managers.
Support the Customer Relationship Manager and Executive in providing excellent service to an allocated portfolio of customers.
Effectively organise, manage and resolve customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process invoices on behalf of a portfolio of customers.
Maintain an accurate site list and manage the addition and deletion of sites to and from the relevant supply contracts.
Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed of changes to their site portfolios.
Attend regular customer meetings to maintain a professional relationship with customers.
Participate in and support ad hoc work that arises from time to time, including, but not limited to, change of supplier or pricing update projects.
Develop a strong understanding of the industry to enable appropriate information to be provided to and shared with customers.
Deputise for the Customer Relationship Executive as and when required.
