An exciting opportunity has arisen to fulfil a career in marketing with one of the UK’s most trusted specialist brands.
This role is focused on optimising the online customer journey for products and services across insurance, ensuring the expansion of the on-line business through customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth. You will use your analytical skills in conjunction with various web-tracking tools to identify areas of improvement in performance in the online journey. Equally as important will be your ability to champion this change so that it gets implemented and tracking its success.
In addition to this you will be expected to develop and rollout reporting that provides insight to the business as to the drivers behind the performance of online customer journeys.
You will need to keep abreast of trends in website optimisation, conversion marketing and the growth of new technologies and use this knowledge to improve the performance of the customer journey.
Previous experience that demonstrates success of driving actionable analytics and insight in a previous roles is preferred as well as a good standard of secondary education or relevant industry experience. First-rate communication, presentation and team working skills are crucial, as are your numeracy and accuracy along with a keen eye for detail, an ability to champion changes and work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of the insurance industry would be welcomed too, but it’s not essential, as we’ll give you all the training you need to do an outstanding job.
