We are recruiting Community Care Workers for the Tonbridge & Paddock Wood area.

All Seasons and Lauriem Associates LLP is a dynamic provider of home care and we are currently looking for Community Care Workers to join our team in Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. Morning and/or evenings and alternative weekends available.

JOB ROLE:
To support and work with vulnerable adults in the community.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
•Experience or capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively engage clients
•Willingness to work flexible hours mornings and/or evenings and alternate weekends.

Employment is subject to a DBS (formerly CRB) disclosure and two references. Interviews can be held locally.
