CYGNIA MAINTENANCE LTD is the UK’s leading provider of specialist sign maintenance services to the national retail trade. We require an ENGINEERS’ MANAGER to assume control of remote engineers throughout the country. The role combines achievement of engineer standards through training, accreditation, performance monitoring, compliance and other similar areas, with control and provision of access equipment, PPE, and tooling etc. The role also embraces fleet management, team building and HR, and other duties associated with this high profile and challenging position. The position is based in Broadstairs, Kent, but will involve regular travel within the UK. Salary and terms are commensurate with a middle management position. Sign trade experience may be an advantage but is not essential.
