We are looking for an experienced professional Senior Sales Executive to join a growing team in a privately owned, well established company based in Rochester. Our organisation manufactures quality medical disposable supplies in Malaysia and has marketing and distribution offices in America, Canada, Germany, France, Japan and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be joining the company at an exciting time of expansion and the role involves exploring new avenues of market development. This is an autonomous role which will provide the right candidate the opportunity to have ownership over creating new leads and driving the business forward. This means you will have the support and tools you need to go and carve out your own sectors and build new relationships as well as capitalising on existing accounts.

You will have the following skills and experience evident on your CV :

- Proven sales ‘hunter’ experience
- Demonstrable history of achieving revenue targets
- Developing and managing customer accounts
- Delivering sales presentations and product training

Quality and excellence are high on our list of requirements for this role, you will be driven and committed with a keen business sense and will have a proven track record in identifying decision makers and prospecting businesses to acquire new business leads and opportunities. You will be a great networker with excellent communication and organisational skills. Links within the catering, care home or pharmaceutical industries would be advantageous.

The existing team is small and close knit with telesales and administrators working with you. – this role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for your own success and earnings The OTE of £65,000 is very achievable. There will be a company car – so you will need a valid UK driving licence, laptop and expensed mobile phone.
