Town & Country Cleaners Ltd are a fast growing commercial cleaning company who are looking for a Senior Support Operative.
You will support management in the day to day running of our Operations Department to provide a quality cleaning service to our Customers in East & South Kent.
You should have strong supervisory skills and an operational background with cleaning experience preferred.
Duties
You must ensure that service delivery is met for our customers by:
*Being able to work flexibly to meet cleaning staff outside of office hours
*Recruiting and Inducting new employees
*Auditing of cleaning standards and training of staff where identified
*Assisting with problem solving and implementation of solutions
*Meeting customers where required
*Supporting Management in the day to day activities of the Operations Department
*Cleaning as required
Company vehicle, fuel and mobile phone provided.
You must have a valid driving licence and a DBS check will be applicable to this employment.
