We are currently looking for a night Chef, working from 10pm-6am, Sunday to Thursday.

people, who care about quality and want to have fun, to join our team.
Role Includes:
Ensuring the shift production schedule is complete
Ensuring all ingredients are prepared and cooked to the agreed specification
Ensure traceability is completed for all ingredients and batches
Recording and monitoring KPIs
Reporting staff or performance issues to relevant supervisors
Working with Head of Department to implement new processes
Improving ingredient yield and reducing wastage
Skills Required:
Experience as Chef or equivalent
NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent) in Catering
Demonstration of leadership skills
Ability to run department in absence of supervisors
Understanding of food quality
