Regal Estates are looking for a customer service focused individual to join our busy property management department in Rainham. The role is a varied one but day to day tasks will include arranging tenancy renewals, dealing with tenancy deposits and assisting the head of department to ensure we continue to offer the very highest service standards.
Letting agency experience is preferred but not essential however, any applicant will need to have experience of a customer service role, be a natural problem solver and be confident dealing with a wide variety of clients. The role is office based and the right applicant will need to have excellent computer and interpersonal skills with a particular focus on telephone and email based communication.
