We have opportunities for Customer Service Agents to join a rapidly expanding organisation based on the outskirts of Sittingbourne.
Based in a busy call centre, you will be required to make outbound calls to customers and book appointments, plus up-sell products and services. You will also be answering incoming calls and making courtesy calls for after-care follow-ups.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturdays on a shift rota.
The successful candidate will need relevant experience along with an excellent telephone manner. There are bonus schemes in place after a qualifying period. Due to location and hours, own transport is needed unless you live locally.
