We are seeking Sales Agents to work for our client who are a professional and established organisation based in Sittingbourne. You will be joining a team of existing Sales Agents however due to the great success of the division; the team is currently going through a growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling consumers from an existing database
• Lead chasing and follow up calls
• Sound product knowledge
• Assisting consumers with general enquiries
• Entering information accurately onto the in-house database
• Ad-hoc administration duties

Person Specification:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Confident telephone manner
• The ability to build rapport with customers over the telephone
• Passionate, driven and self-motivated
• Great team player
• Flexible

Due to the location of this client, it is essential that you have your own transport and you are able to work weekends.
