Experienced Recruitment Consultant required to work for my client who are an FMCG recruitment specialist. 90% of the business comes to them. They work with some of the industries biggest names. Established since the 1990 they employ recruitment consultants with backgrounds in FMCG, Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing Technical etc ... high calibre individuals who have delivered excellence for their clients over the years.

Working from their office in London, you will look after existing accounts as well as develop new accounts, within their specific industry.

Although this is a 360 degree role, the bias is on account management and development within existing accounts. This role is 50% over the phone and 50% face to face. You will be expected to:

Look after/ manage existing accounts

Develop Existing Accounts

Gain New Business within their specific industry

Head Hunt/ Executive search

The Ideal person:

Existing recruitment experience preferably in a commercial/ supply chain/ FMCG/ Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Technical.

Good level of Education

Hard-working

Articulate

Honest

Ability to build good rapport over the phone and face to face

Consultative approach

Team focused/ split fees etc...

Collaborative approach to work

Excellent written and verbal communication

Excited by learning and developing to become business managers

Excellent basic salary from 25k to 45k dependent on experience with the opportunity to earn 6 figure sums in commission.
