An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT contract recruiter to join my client, a successful, expanding consultancy based in prestigious offices in The City.
The individual will be at Senior Consultant/ Team Leader level and must be able to drive and grow the contracts division across the company.
Proven track record/ high billings within IT/ Technology contract recruitment is a pre requisite.
This is a 360 consultant role, however there are existing accounts to develop and an extensive database, therefore solid delivery and client facing skills are a must, as well as business development skills.
My client believe that personality is key. The candidate must be confident and approachable with the ability to liaise at all levels within small to large organisations.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Successful background in contract IT recruitment.
An excellent relationship builder and account manager at all levels.
Fun, friendly and positive.
Focused and reliable.
Motivated and tenacious.
A team player with a good sense of humour.
Basic salary is negotiable with an excellent commission structure - uncapped, like for like commission.
