My client gives exclusive access to high calibre candidates who are not available to the rest of the market as they head-hunt over 40% of the people they place.
Executive and database searches and advertising campaigns are conducted according to requirements and they take care of the initial interviewing process, so that clients only get sent the right people for the job. As a result, they have built a reputation to be proud of and a high proportion of their business comes from repeat business and client referrals.

Currently 99% of their work is permanent and they are now looking to recruit 2 experienced temporaries consultants, to set up a new temporaries division.

You will have good experience in working on a temporaries desk, building and managing, not necessarily in financial services. If technical knowledge is required you will have the back up and support of the existing consultants.

This role pays a very attractive basic salary depending on experience with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, earning a potential six figure sum, whilst working from lovely offices in a great central London location.

Basic salaries depending on experience are for the more senior role:

circa 45 -60k and 35- 40k. Commissions will be 50% of your billings, uncapped.
