Registered Manager (Children’s Home)

£28,000-£35,000 depending on qualifications & experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated experienced individual to manage one of our residential teams. You will work alongside other social workers in the senior management team, delivering the highest quality residential care to children & young people. Applicants must have at least 3 years management experience in a similar setting, a level 4 Registered Managers award (Children/Young People) or equivalent, or ideally be a qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration & post qualifying experience in a management role in children’s social work. We will also consider outstanding applicants who can demonstrate an aptitude in management. A clean driving license is a distinct advantage. All managers are required to form part of an on call rota.

Senior Practioners

£22,750 - £23,725 depending on qualifications & experience

We are seeking energetic, proactive & dynamic individuals to join a staff team managed by qualified social workers. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar residential care setting, & a level 3 diploma or equivalent in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People’s Workforce). A clean driving license is a distinct advantage. All positions require staff to work a shift pattern which includes evening & weekend work.
