Channels and Choices is a therapeutic community comprising of 6 children's homes, a fostering agency and a registered school. We are currently seeking proactive members of staff to join our residential teams run by Qualified Social Workers.

Applicants may have previous experience in a similar setting, although this is not essential. An NVQ3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care (Young People) is a distinct advantage. A full driving license is essential due to the nature of the role which involves driving young people to and from school, appointments and so forth. All positions require staff to work a shift pattern which includes evening & weekend work, with sleep ins.

Flexi staff will be required to cover staff short falls and busy periods, and full training is provided.
