We are currently looking for community support workers to JOIN OUR TEAM with or without previous care experience as full training and mentoring is provided. Please contact us on 01227 469 960 to discuss appointment.

Job role:
Candidates should be keen to support and work with vulnerable adults in the community for the following Client base - Mental Health, Dementia, Long Term Medical Conditions, Learning Disabilities and Physical Health Problems, with their daily activities to include personal care, medication ,shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support.

•Experience or capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively engage clients
•Willingness to work flexible hours to include weekends. Full driving license and access to own car.

Employment is subject to a DBS (formerly CRB) disclosure and 2 references.
