New Build Education Projects in Kent

I have four vacancies for Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers in Kent on new build education projects which range from £700k - £4m.

You will be reporting to either a Project Manager, visiting Contracts Manager or Snr Site Manager and be responsible for:

* Managing subcontractors and holding weekly progress meetings.
* Reviewing and making sure health & safety plans are robust, inline with company H&S policies and adhered to.
* Daily team progress meetings covering all aspects of the project.Liasing with the client and their agents.
* Drawing up short-term work programmes for the project or your section.
* Working with the commercial team to ensure materials, plant, labour are in place and keeping the project within budget.
* Ensuring the project is delivered defect free and on time.
Requirements

* CSCS Management or Supervisory Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CRB or DSB Criminal record check
* Previous experience of new build projects (preferrably within the education sector and with a national contractor - all applications will be considered)
